Our client is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer. This role offers an exciting chance to join a dynamic and innovative financial institution known for its forward-thinking approach to banking. You will have significant influence and exposure across the bank, managing a junior employment lawyer and advising on a wide range of employment law matters. This position is ideal for someone looking to make a substantial impact within a vibrant and transformative organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal training with 6-10 years’ post-qualification experience, gained either at a law firm or in-house. Strong technical employment law experience and familiarity with banking and financial services are essential. We are looking for someone with TUPE experience for this role, and further experience handling regulatory issues in the context of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, conduct, remuneration matters, and regulatory enquiries is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to grow and develop within the organisation. In-house experience in financial services is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
