Our client, a successful and diverse financial services company, is looking for someone with PLC experience to take up a pivotal role which will include managing a small team. This role will focus on the regulatory side, working on governance and effectiveness and will include liaising with Non-Executive Directors, leading the AGM and working on numerous exciting projects on the agenda. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the corporate governance framework within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. You will be at the forefront of advising on best practices and compliance, ensuring robust governance structures that align with regulatory requirements and business demands. You will be offered fantastic exposure internally and work with a quality and stable company secretarial team.
