- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology and marketing contracts.
- Advising on customer terms, regulatory queries and general legal matters.
- Assisting with process improvements and implementation of legal technology.
Qualified solicitor (2-4 PQE) with strong commercial contracts experience. Strong law firm training with prior in-house experience advantageous.
