A leading global investment management firm is seeking a senior legal leader to head its Board & Governance Legal Services function across Europe. With operations spanning the UK, Ireland and Germany, this is a high-impact role advising multiple boards and supporting a mission focused on long-term investor success.
You will lead a team delivering governance and company secretarial support across several regulated entities, working closely with senior executives and independent directors.
