This UK based independent investment manager has a very open, collaborative culture and a global reach. A vacancy has arisen for a switched on and commercially minded lawyer to take on a key role in the close knit, well regarded legal team. You broad remit will cover funds and investment management as well as some exposure to wider general commercial work. This will suit someone keen to expand their skillset and take on a broad legal role in asset management.
With excellent academics and at least 2 years’ PQE gained in a well-regarded law firm you will be client focused and keen to really get to know the business. Candidates with a funds, regulatory or corporate background will equally be considered and previous exposure to UK regulated funds would really make your application stand out. Key is the willingness to keep learning and the desire to forge a long-term career path and grow with the business.
