A pan-European private credit boutique is looking to hire a junior Legal Counsel into its London office. The business is in a period of growth and transformation, with a number of recent senior hires and a more entrepreneurial, evolving platform across Europe.
This is a broad, hands-on role reporting into the General Counsel, with close exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business. You will support on fund formation and fundraising, advise on private credit and secured lending structures, and handle a range of commercial legal work, while helping to build and refine internal legal processes.
The environment is fast-paced and relatively unstructured, requiring someone who is comfortable working autonomously, thinking commercially, and operating in grey areas. The opportunity offers significant responsibility and visibility from an early stage.
Candidates should be NQ–2 PQE from private practice or in-house, with the desire to expand on your experience; applicants from a funds, structured finance, regulatory or commercial background could all thrive in this role. Attitude is key – this will suit someone proactive, adaptable, and keen to accelerate their development in a high-impact role.
