Job Description
Our client is an international banking group with a collegiate, non-hierarchical culture. They are seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team in an environment where collaboration and professional growth are prioritised. This challenging role will cover the whole spectrum of employment legal work, both contentious and non-contentious. Additionally, you will be involved in various strategic projects, offering a broad spectrum of hands-on experience and the opportunity to influence key business decisions. The role requires a thorough understanding of employment law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice on a range of employment-related matters.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified employment lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong understanding of the financial services industry. You will be adept at managing multiple tasks, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
