Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced lawyer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. You should be registered to practice law in the EU or the UK and be adept at navigating complex written contracts. Experience in corporate and/or dispute management, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation/arbitration is preferred but such an unusual business role can suit a range of backgrounds. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage formal dispute processes across multiple jurisdictions.
