Job Overview

Are you a skilled Derivatives Lawyer looking to move in‑house to a bank where you can make a significant impact? Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join the Treasury Legal Team to focus on securities and derivatives.

Responsibilities

This role involves routine derivatives work, with a particular emphasis on hedging, standalone derivatives, and supporting the lending team in areas such as real‑estate finance and project finance. The position offers the chance to support the corporate bank and risk solutions with proprietary trading work and loan‑linked hedging.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in derivatives and securities lending but could also come from a general banking or securitisation background with an interest in derivatives. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents is essential. UK experience is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
