This role is integral to the administration and governance of entities within the group, and you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including committee and board support, as well as ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance. This position offers a unique chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have experience in preparing and maintaining board and committee calendars, managing agendas, and taking minutes. Additionally, you will develop a proficiency in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance with annual filing requirements. Strong communication skills are required as you act as a point of contact for board members and other stakeholders.
