Job Description

Our client, a successful and diverse financial services company, is looking for someone with PLC experience to take up a pivotal role which will include managing a small team. This role will focus on the regulatory side, working on governance and effectiveness and will include liaising with Non-Executive Directors, leading the AGM and working on numerous exciting projects on the agenda. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the corporate governance framework within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. You will be at the forefront of advising on best practices and compliance, ensuring robust governance structures that align with regulatory requirements and business demands.
