A growing US investment management firm with a strong, collaborative culture is looking to hire a Regulatory Disclosures professional to join its London team as part of continued expansion.
The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end fund disclosure process, ensuring regulatory filings are drafted, reviewed, approved and disseminated accurately and on time. The role works closely with senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, product and operations, playing a key role in managing disclosure risk, maintaining governance standards and supporting regulatory compliance across the firm’s product range.
Candidates will ideally be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE and regulated funds experience. A solid understanding of fund disclosure requirements and prospectuses as well as the ability to project manage and collaborate effectively across multiple business teams will be essential.
