Our client is a highly regarded and entrepreneurial investment management firm seeking an experienced lawyer to join its collaborative in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and internationally focused business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality investment solutions across global markets.

The successful candidate will play a broad and commercially important role within a lean legal function, supporting the business across a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.

The position will involve advising on investment funds, managed accounts, commercial, governance and regulatory issues across multiple jurisdictions, while also contributing to strategic business initiatives and projects. Given the nature of the team, the role offers considerable variety and exposure.

With at least 5 years’ PQE you will have gained a good grounding in asset management in a well-respected law firm or in-house setting and be a team player with strong communications skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be technically strong but also commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical advice for the business.
