A pan-European private credit boutique is looking to hire a junior Legal Counsel into its London office. The business is in a period of growth and transformation, with a number of recent senior hires and a more entrepreneurial, evolving platform across Europe.

This is a broad, hands-on role reporting into the General Counsel, with close exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business. You will support on fund formation and fundraising, advise on private credit and secured lending structures, and handle a range of commercial legal work, while helping to build and refine internal legal processes.
