An excellent opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor with exposure to restrictive covenant disputes to move into a senior in-house role within financial services has just become available.
The role focuses on managing complex litigation and team move disputes, working closely with senior management and HR to protect the business and support growth.
This is a high octane, fast paced environment where you will be required to manage High Court employee competition focussed litigation. You will advise on restrictive covenant enforceability and strategy, draft pre-action correspondence and cease and desist letters and handle settlement negotiations and release agreements.
To be successful in this role you should be a UK or common law qualified commercial litigation solicitor currently in private practice or in-house, but ideally with some financial services or regulated sector experience. You should have a commercial mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders, and of course, experience handling restrictive covenant or team move disputes.
