Over the last 10 years it can boast very impressive European growth which has led to a real buzz in the London office coupled with the desire to continue to achieve. The dynamic legal team pride themselves on providing high quality, seamless and efficient legal services to the business.
In line with the European expansion, a brand new vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to join the Trading and Markets team, providing legal support predominantly to the Fixed Income Group. Partnering closely with Fixed Income portfolio managers you will be providing advisory legal services relating to the investing in and trading of fixed income securities and investments.
With at least 3 years’ pqe, you will be bright and commercially minded with the drive to make an impact from an early stage. You will be keen to learn new things, influence stakeholders and get to grips with complex legal issues. Whereas previous exposure to fixed income trading, in particular high yield, would be strong preferred; candidates from a variety of practice areas will be considered for this role – experience in DCM, securitisation or structured products would all be useful skill sets.
