This large global asset management firm has a substantial London office and a well-regarded legal team. A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to be the key point of contact for segregated mandates, separate accounts and distribution.

Taking the lead on client onboardings, you will be working very closely with stakeholders across the business, especially the product and client account management teams.

Offering you considerable interaction with the business from the outset, this role will suit a confident and competent lawyer with strong relationship building skills and the gravitas to take the lead in negotiations. With at least 4 years' pqe, you will be smart and engaging with a strong academic background and solid training gained either in-house or in private practice. Previous experience of drafting and negotiating IMAs is critical along with the ability to make strategic commercial decisions.
