This role sits within a small, high‑calibre legal team supporting a fast‑growing division of the business. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, taking ownership of complex employee competition matters and providing strategic, commercial advice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on the enforceability and scope of restrictive covenants
- Managing team move disputes and related High Court litigation
- Drafting cease and desist letters and pre‑action correspondence
- Negotiating settlement and release agreements
- Partnering closely with HR on risk mitigation and process improvement
- Delivering training to HR and business teams
