The role focuses on managing complex litigation and team move disputes, working closely with senior management and HR to protect the business and support growth. This is a high octane, fast paced environment where you will be required to manage High Court employee competition focussed litigation.

You will advise on restrictive covenant enforceability and strategy, draft pre-action correspondence and cease and desist letters and handle settlement negotiations and release agreements.

Qualifications
  • UK or common law qualified commercial litigation solicitor (currently in private practice or in-house).
  • Ideally with financial services or regulated sector experience.
  • Commercial mindset with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience handling restrictive covenant or team move disputes.
