My client, a not-for-profit financial services company, is hiring a Legal Counsel to advise on commercial and investment contracts as well as work on general commercial in-house matters such as procurement, investment, litigation, and data protection law. This position offers the chance to influence key business decisions and working closely with senior leadership and external advisers whilst drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents.
