Our client is a highly regarded and entrepreneurial investment management firm seeking an experienced lawyer to join its collaborative in-house legal team. The successful candidate will play a broad and commercially important role within a lean legal function, supporting the business across a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. Given the nature of the team, the role offers considerable variety and exposure.

With at least 5 years’ PQE you will have gained a good grounding in asset management in a well-respected law firm or in-house setting and be a team player with strong communications skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be technically strong but also commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical advice for the business.
