Responsibilities
- Advise on structuring, negotiation and execution of structured finance transactions, including securitisations, asset sales, risk transfer transactions and insurance‑linked structures.
- Support capital optimisation initiatives and draft and negotiate transaction documentation.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting structured finance.
- Manage external counsel and develop and maintain internal legal templates, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- UK qualified solicitor with at least 4 years experience in structured finance or securitisation.
- Derivatives experience is a bonus.
- Confident working in a fast‑paced, transactional environment.
