We are seeking an enthusiastic account executive, servicing a global FMCG account. You will have exposure to a range of projects delivering both consumer facing and internal communications. We’re looking for someone that is ready to learn and eager to grow from the bottom up.
This is an entry level position where you will learn the basics of Client Service Management by supporting the team with admin and agency processes. You will gradually build your skills and take on client facing work as your confidence grows. This account deals with restricted categories, such as alcohol, tobacco and gambling. Please take this into consideration when applying.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management: Provide team admin support, onboard vendors and freelancers, champion internal and client policies and procedures, carry out desk research and content sourcing.
- Client Management: Create status reports and meeting notes, track project timings and budgets, build relationships with clients through consistent performance, utilise MS Teams tools to optimise day to day communication.
- Agency Integration: Establish relationships with core functions (legal / finance / P&C etc), get involved with agency social events, represent the team by understanding our client and work, represent our agency by understanding the full business model and offering.
REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft software experience (especially PPT, Excel & Teams).
- Self-motivated, resilient and proactive.
- Interest in learning through experience and accepting guidance.
