An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join a large, complex organisation on a contract basis. This organisation is delivering a wide-ranging portfolio of system and process enhancements and is seeking a Business Analyst to support the definition, refinement, and delivery of key initiatives across enterprise platforms.

In this role, the Business Analyst will work across both technical and business domains, shaping clear requirements and supporting solution design in collaboration with Solution Architects and third-party technology partners. You'll contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, operating within a hybrid agile and waterfall environment to ensure structured, high-quality outputs. You'll play a key role in defining business and functional requirements, supporting integration across core enterprise and third-party systems, and enabling new commercial and operational capabilities. The role requires a flexible, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within complex systems or transformation programmes
  • Comfortable operating across both agile and waterfall delivery models
  • Experience working closely with Solution Architects and external technology vendors
  • Proven ability to define clear, structured business and functional requirements
  • Exposure to enterprise systems and integration projects (SAP experience beneficial)
  • Confident managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience delivering enhancements across customer-facing or operational platforms
  • Broader PM/BA capability advantageous within hybrid product/project environments
