IAM Team Lead Leeds or London (Hybrid working, 1 day per week on-site) This is a unique opportunity for an experienced IAM Team Lead to take on a key role in a dedicated Identity & Access Management team, combining hands-on IAM expertise with leadership responsibilities in a global organisation. The IAM Team Lead will split their time 50/50 between technical delivery and managing a team of 8 skilled IAM specialists. You’ll be instrumental in delivering and optimising SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions while mentoring the team, setting technical direction, and leading on both strategic projects and day-to-day operations. Joining in the midst of an exciting technology transformation programme, the IAM Team Lead will hold a wide remit of responsibilities, including designing, configuring, and customising SailPoint IIQ, resolving technical issues, and responding to major system failures / security incidents.
