Data Quality Manager Leicester, on site 3x per week Outside IR35 / 3 months initially Do you want to work for a well established organisation at the start of their data journey? As the Data Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how this organisation approaches data. This is a unique opportunity to set up data quality frameworks, influence strategic decisions, and drive a cultural shift towards data excellence. With the backing of senior leadership, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring data quality and governance are embedded across a diverse organisation. Requirements – Extensive experience in data quality, data governance, or data management within complex environments. Change management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels. Proven track record of implementing data quality frameworks and addressing master data challenges. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data accuracy. Self-starter capable of working independently while driving collaborative efforts across teams. Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous.
