Project Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire | Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
Salary: Up to £64,000 + 15% bonus, 12% pension, 27 days holiday, healthcare, 4x death in service

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery or managing programs within financial services or pensions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a structured change governance framework
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences from senior executives to project teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a results-driven attitude
- Recognized project management qualification such as Prince2
- Demonstrated competency in working to deadlines and managing project risks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing project delivery in regulated environments
- Expertise in coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, including internal teams and external partners up to c-suite level
- Understanding of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pensions
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant degree or professional certification in project management
- At least 5 years of direct project management experience, ideally within financial or pension sectors
