Technical / Systems Analyst Rate: £550 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Location: Hybrid (Leeds - 2 days per week onsite) Initial Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical / Systems Analyst to support a leading organisation on a number of key cyber security projects. This is a hands-on role sitting between Project Managers and Engineers, helping to drive the day-to-day delivery of a number of live security projects. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working at a detailed technical level, while maintaining a broader view of delivery, requirements, dependencies and progress. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. We are looking for someone technically credible who can work closely with engineers, understand complex technical requirements and help move projects forward. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support the delivery of multiple technology and security projects Act as the link between technical engineering teams and project delivery Capture and document technical requirements, including current and future state Support technical design and analysis activities Set up, maintain and manage Azure DevOps boards Track actions, dependencies and delivery activity to help keep projects moving forward Work with technical teams to understand challenges, requirements and potential solutions Support requirements gathering for upcoming technology initiatives and supplier engagements Communicate effectively across technical teams, project stakeholders and senior colleagues Work within an Agile delivery environment Required Skills and Experience Previous experience working as a Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar Strong technical understanding and the ability to work confidently with Engineers Experience working within cyber security or information security programmes Experience gathering and documenting detailed technical requirements Experience documenting current and future state Experience in an Azure DevOps environment Good understanding of Agile delivery environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work across several concurrent projects and maintain a wider view of dependencies and priorities Comfortable working in a hands-on delivery role and taking ownership of actions through to completion The role will require 2 days per week onsite in Leeds , with Thursday being the team's main office day alongside one additional day each week.
