Responsibilities:- Support the planning and coordination of projects across technology and operational teams.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, risk logs, and status updates.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays where needed.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance activities.
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions through to completion.
- Assist with reporting updates for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Work alongside technical teams to track progress against priorities and delivery cycles.
- Support testing, releases, and implementation activities.
- Help document processes, workflows, and system updates.
- Assist with issue tracking and ensure actions are followed through to resolution.
- Strong organisational and administrative capability.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

- Exposure to technology, digital, or systems-based projects.
