Join a fast-growing tech company building cutting-edge, data-driven products for a global audience. We\’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead technical direction, scale the platform, all whilst remaining hands‐on in development.
As a leader in a cross‐functional team, you\’ll shape architecture, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success to deliver impactful solutions.
Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, GraphQL
What You\’ll Do: Lead full-stack development with Rails and React/React Native
Guide architectural decisions and scalable system designs
Set and maintain engineering standards and code quality
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
Improve engineering practices and operational excellence
Stay hands‐on with development, contributing code and removing blockers
What We\’re Looking For: Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React/React Native
Expertise in scalable architectures and distributed systems
GraphQL experience is a plus
