The Role: Senior Product Manager

They\’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to help define and drive product strategy during this pivotal stage of growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business, solving complex two-sided marketplace challenges, and building features that unlock real value for customers their community.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-moving, Series A startup. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, growth, and operations – helping to drive decisions with insight, collaboration, and purpose.

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced PM or Senior PM – They\’re ideally looking for a senior, but open to high-potential PMs ready to step up.
Self-starter mindset – Comfortable working independently without heavy oversight or structure.
Marketplace or platform experience is a strong plus.
Startup energy – Thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. Commitment to exceeding outcomes, with skin in the game.
Commercially minded – Able to balance product thinking with business needs and unite teams across the globe.
Data-savvy – You use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
Comfortable with ambiguity – You’re adaptable, flexible, and pragmatic in how you solve problems.
