Fruition are working with a fantastic organisation in the public sector who are in a period of growth. They are looking to hire a Programme Manager with a broad background in Service Improvement / Optimisation. This role will see you working on recovery planning to improve their services externally as well as improving internal credibility.

- Provide visible leadership and line management (which may include matrix management) for the Programme team and lead by example to evidence the organisational core values.
- Coaches and mentors programme and project individuals to enable individuals to operate effectively within their remit.
- Stay abreast of best practice and ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of their approach to programme and project management.
Proven experience in a Programme Management role.
Programme/Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile etc).
