Fruition Group are working with a global tech organisation based in London, they are an innovative supplier of customer loyalty solutions such as products and services across: Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits and Insurance. They are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to help them implement Workday across the business and oversee the BAU activities post-implementation.

As an organisation, culture is very important to them as they believe in providing a good work life balance and for their team to work in a great environment. They are going through a large scale tech transformation and are rolling out Workday as their new HR system across the business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a SME for all core HRIS modules, providing consultative and functional assistance to end users.
  • Deliver technical-functional support, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Lead configuration and design efforts, including system maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of HRIS patches and new releases with HR and IT teams.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and system harmonisation projects.
  • Design and document system processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
  • Create and manage HR metrics and dashboards, delivering data-driven insights.
  • Ensure HRIS data integrity through regular audits and proactive issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior HRIS team members and champion best practice standards.
  • Support HRIS implementations and act as a liaison with IT and project teams.
