Senior Backend Developer
London (Hybrid β 1 day per month in the office)
Basic salary Β£90k to Β£100k + strong package

The Senior Backend Developer will be part of a product-focused engineering team working on customer-facing, mission-critical systems at scale. The emphasis is on strong software engineering fundamentals rather than framework-driven development β clean code, thoughtful design, and pragmatic problem-solving matter far more than ticking boxes on a tech stack.
As a Senior Backend Developer, you\βll be working in an environment that is collaborative, fast-moving, and delivery-focused where engineers are trusted to own features end-to-end, contribute to technical direction, and make sensible architectural decisions as the platform evolves. - Strong experience building Back End services using Python (or another modern Back End language)

- Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to debugging and refactoring
