Overview

Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

Location: Leeds (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite)

Fruition are currently recruiting for a scaling technology first organisation based in Leeds. My client are highly regarded in their industry and they are investing heavily in their key product offering. This role is very much a Product Manager role in the truest sense, where you will take ownership of a product roadmap from end-to-end: shaping strategy, running discovery, delivering iteratively with Engineering and Design, and measuring impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for your product area (3-6 month horizon), aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.
  • Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight.
  • Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments where appropriate.
  • Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritised work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role.
  • Must have experience of owning a product roadmap.
  • Experience of working with technical delivery teams.
  • You must be comfortable working as part of a smaller team and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
