Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMs, Delivery Leads, Developers, SMEs, and third-party resources.
- Plan and manage delivery of the ERP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to manage expectations and maximise delivery value.
- Drive portfolio planning through PI Planning, MTP, and other scheduling activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Promote agile adoption, build communities of practice, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain team wellbeing and Health & Safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large, complex IT projects/programmes, ideally ERP-focused, across multiple business processes (H2R, O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills across all levels.
- Experience with project management and agile frameworks (Prince2, Scrum, Lean, Product Owner, etc.).
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience; technical background desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Workfront, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Teams, PowerBI advantageous.
