This organisation is recognised for its product-led approach and is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to enhance its web platform, drive performance improvements, and support ongoing feature development.
In this role, the Full Stack Web Developer will design, build, and optimise modern web experiences across the full development lifecycle. You will work with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Sanity CMS, and Vercel to deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable solutions, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and optimisation teams.
You will play a key role in improving conversion performance and technical SEO, implementing new features, resolving bugs, and contributing to architectural improvements. The role requires a flexible, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
Key Requirements:- Strong commercial experience in full stack web development
- Advanced expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience working with Sanity CMS and deploying via Vercel
- Experience improving site performance, scalability, and technical SEO
- Confident delivering feature enhancements, optimisation work, and refactoring projects
- Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams with regular stakeholder updates
