You will play a pivotal part in building out our contract function across the USA, whilst leveraging our existing client base in the Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace and Defence space. You will need great relationship building skills, the ability to keep up to date with current trends, think outside of the box for sourcing strategies, and utilise all internal tech provided to maximise efficiency.
There is excellent opportunity for high earning potential with the average deal size across the team right now being £30,000, supported by a rewarding commission structure. This position is ideal for someone with contract recruitment experience to hit the ground running delivering into our clients we’re on embedded models with, whilst building their network and book of business.
We are looking for Contract Recruitment Consultants with 1-4 years experience working in the US market, and people with drive, ambition, commitment and an outstanding work ethic. You will start to build your own mini business from day 1, by developing a network of candidates and clients within your specialist vertical market.
