This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a high-growth contract recruitment desk in the USA, backed by an established client base, a senior team of experienced consultants, and the tools and training to help you hit the ground running. We're now expanding our contract function into the US market and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced 360 recruitment consultant to lead that charge. The earning potential here is genuinely life-changing.
Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, you'll take full 360 ownership of a contract recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. From day one, you'll leverage our existing embedded client relationships to start delivering, while simultaneously building your own network, winning new business, and laying the foundations for a team around you.
- Running a full 360 contract desk covering business development, client management, and candidate delivery
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients across the US Advanced Engineering market
- Headhunting and networking to identify top contract talent via LinkedIn, our database, and beyond
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
1–4 years' experience in contract recruitment, with exposure to the US market.
