Working within a highly skilled Cyber Security team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Senior IAM Developer Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using One Identity Manager.
  • Support the strategic development and expansion of the IAM platform across multiple business areas.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation processes using PowerShell, T-SQL and Bash.
  • Configure and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, HR systems and other identity sources.
  • Manage the full development life cycle, including deployment and change compliance.
  • Conduct security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability reviews across the IAM estate.

Senior IAM Developer Requirements:

  • Extensive commercial experience with One Identity Manager or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IAM technologies, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Proven experience with cross-platform Scripting, including PowerShell, T-SQL and Bash.
  • Knowledge of on-premises and cloud directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD and Google Workspace.
  • Expertise in Legacy and modern authentication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Control frameworks.
  • Experience working with REST, SOAP and GraphQL APIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST and CIS.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical projects and provide strategic recommendations.
