An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global organisation at the forefront of technology, media and digital innovation. This full-time IAM Platform Manager role offers the chance to take ownership of a critical Identity and Access Management platform supporting thousands of users across multiple international locations. You'll play a key role in shaping IAM strategy, driving platform improvements, and enhancing security, governance and user experience.
IAM Platform Manager Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
- Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.
- Oversee identity life cycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and value.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across identity governance and access management.
IAM Platform Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience managing One Identity Manager (OIM) or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Governance.
- Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP and integration technologies such as APIs and connectors.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Experience operating within large-scale, multi-site or international organisations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of VB.NET, Scripting, GDPR, SOX or audit frameworks would be advantageous.
