Delivery Lead Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects across varying scale and complexity
- Act as a primary client-facing contact, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Apply agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams and delivery teams where required
- Bridge agile delivery with traditional project and programme management structures
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while capitalising on delivery opportunities
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, tools, and best practices
Delivery Lead Requirements
- Experience working in the betting and gaming industry
- Proven experience in Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Startup)
- Understanding of SDLC practices including BDD and collaborative techniques such as Three Amigos
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation ability
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and inspire teams
- Commercial awareness and confidence operating in complex environments
- Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results under pressure
