We are seeking a talented PAM professional to join a critical SOX compliance programme. This role offers the opportunity to work across technology and business teams, ensuring privileged access controls are effective, auditable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. The programme spans multiple systems and involves collaboration with control owners, auditors, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of PAM controls across multiple systems.
- Work with control owners to ensure responsibilities are understood, executed, and evidenced for SOX compliance.
- Maintain and review access control policies, user access provisioning, and segregation of duties frameworks.
- Facilitate audit readiness by preparing documentation, evidence, and reporting on control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with technology teams and auditors to validate control performance and remediate gaps.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within PAM and broader access management practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, providing guidance and updates on compliance progress.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in PAM systems, privileged account management, or access governance.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls, ITGCs, and audit compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to work with control owners and stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure timely delivery.
- Analytical skills to review access controls, assess risks, and propose remediation plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and business teams.
- Experience preparing for or supporting SOX audits is highly desirable.
