An opportunity for a SAP Test Manager to join a large, established organisation as part of a major transformation of its core systems. This is a key role within a complex, enterprise-scale SAP environment, focused on shaping how testing is delivered across multiple integrated platforms.
As a SAP Test Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and embedding the overall testing strategy, framework, and approach across the SAP landscape. You'll work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and third-party partners to ensure testing is scalable, well-governed, and aligned to modern delivery practices.
This SAP Test Manager role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You'll be as comfortable setting direction and improving standards as you are overseeing execution and supporting teams to deliver high-quality releases in an iterative environment.
SAP Test Manager - Key Requirements:- Strong experience operating as a SAP Test Manager or senior SAP test lead
- Good understanding of SAP environments, ideally including S/4HANA and core modules (e.g. finance, supply chain, reporting)
- Experience defining and evolving testing strategies within complex, integrated systems
- Exposure to test automation and building scalable testing approaches
- Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with engineering teams and third-party suppliers
- Experience delivering within large-scale transformation or platform modernisation programmes
- Solid understanding of QA governance, testing lifecycle, and defect management
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and influencing across multiple teams
