A high-profile public sector programme is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital health and social care products. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a track record in agile delivery and user-centred product development across complex stakeholder environments.

You will lead on managing cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and alpha through to beta and live, ensuring services deliver tangible value to users and the health system. The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.

Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve product vision with programme governance and senior stakeholders
  • Identify user needs and ensure the product roadmap reflects and prioritises them

  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets, and reporting in complex programmes
  • Skilled in developing strategies aligned to national policy and user needs
