As Office Manager, you will own the day-to-day running of the office and be the face of Fruition Group and Enablis. You will lead business-as-usual activity, alongside additional ad hoc work where required. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of our office and shape how operational support is delivered, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed into our office space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own front of house for the Leeds Office, setting and maintaining the standard.
  • Lead the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.
  • Own all company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
  • Own office supplies and equipment, including stationery and tech, ensuring the office is always operationally ready.
  • Take accountability for the upkeep of the Manchester office, travelling there a minimum of once per month.
  • Own the placement process for all permanent and contract placements for Fruition, including production of accompanying paperwork.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of companywide events & celebrations and support the marketing function with external events.
  • Support HR administrative activity in partnership with the People Ops Lead, including onboarding for new employees, probation and contract changes.
  • Own document and data compliance including highlighting discrepancies and managing expiring documents.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
