We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead discovery pieces of work across the programme.

You'll take ownership of dedicated discovery workstreams, working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, users, designers and technical teams to understand problems, explore opportunities, define product direction and shape solutions that can move into delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workstreams from problem definition through to recommendations and next steps
  • Work closely with users, stakeholders and SMEs to understand needs, pain points and opportunities
  • Plan and facilitate discovery workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions
  • Define and validate user needs, journeys and problems
  • Work with Design, Delivery, Technology and Business teams to explore and shape potential solutions
  • Develop product hypotheses, prioritisation approaches and recommendations based on evidence
  • Translate discovery findings into clear product requirements, user stories and actionable outcomes
  • Support the transition from discovery into delivery, including backlog shaping and prioritisation
  • Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across your workstream

  • Strong user research, problem definition and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Design, Technology and Delivery
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development and delivery environments
  • Confident facilitating workshops and bringing diverse stakeholders together around a shared problem
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn discovery insights into clear product recommendations
