This is an excellent opportunity for a Cloud / DevOps Engineer seeking a full-time role within a modern, technology consultancy. You will work on impactful client projects, building scalable, cloud-native infrastructure while expanding your skills across automation, IaC, and modern DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:- Design, build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Support the operation of distributed systems, ensuring reliability, performance and security.
- Contribute coding expertise in languages such as Python, Go or JavaScript.
- Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, providing clarity and technical guidance throughout delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using structured debugging and problem-solving approaches.
- Promote cloud-native best practices and modern DevOps tooling within engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern technical stacks.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation platforms.
- Practical programming experience in at least one mainstream language (Python, Go, JavaScript).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Strong leadership skills and mentorship experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to work effectively in evolving, complex environments.
