Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable applications, backend services and APIs
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, from technical discovery and design through to delivery and production
- Develop robust, production-ready solutions using modern engineering practices
- Work across a range of client environments, technologies and technical challenges
- Apply clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, observability and other modern engineering principles
- Build and integrate AI-enabled features, including LLM-powered services, RAG and agent-based workflows where appropriate
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar to improve engineering productivity
