An opportunity has opened for an experienced Blue Yonder Technical Consultant to support a large supply chain organisation that runs critical operations on Blue Yonder. This is a newly created contract role, brought in to add specialist Blue Yonder capability that doesn't currently exist in-house.
As a Blue Yonder Technical Consultant, you'll be the go-to technical expert across the Blue Yonder SaaS landscape, helping keep core systems running smoothly while driving improvements where needed. This role is not software development focused - it's a practical, delivery-oriented position for someone comfortable working close to live platforms, incidents and change activity.
The Blue Yonder Technical Consultant role is very much about execution rather than strategy. You'll be supporting platform stability, assisting with upgrades and enhancements, resolving complex technical issues, and working alongside internal teams and Blue Yonder as a supplier. There's a strong emphasis on building internal capability through documentation and knowledge sharing, reducing long-term dependency on external support.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on technical experience across a range of Blue Yonder SaaS products
- Background supporting and improving live Blue Yonder environments in production
- Comfortable taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution
- Experience working through upgrades, fixes and platform changes
